Michael Fischer to speak on 12 June 2017 at the Transcontinental Trusts Conference in Geneva

Michael participates in the Trans Trusts Litigation Summit on 12 June 2017 and will be in the debate „This House Believes That the Confidentiality of Trusts an Outdated Concept“. While Daniel Martineau and Stella Mitchell-Voisin of Summit Trust will speak for the Motion, Michael will be speaking against it. The Debate will be chaired by Elspeth Talbot-Rice, QC (XXIV Old Buildings).
